First and foremost, let me start by saying that I would rate the actual product quality a 4 out of 5 stars.

Furthermore, the reason for a 1 star rating is due to the fact that a week after placing my order, I found out one of my items was actually on backorder order according to the online order status. This was in NOT the case when I placed my order. I reached out to customer service and was informed that it would be approximately 1 week before they had it back in stock and would be able to ship.

Roughly 3 weeks later and it still showed backordered. I decided to follow up with customer service for the second and received the same information.

Almost 1.5 months after placing my order, I received an email stating that some of my items had been funded and the order was cancelled… I already went through the trouble and wasted this much time, just for it to automatically be cancelled. Not to mention, I also used a 25% off code when the order was initially placed which was no longer active.

10 days later I received an email stating the items were back in stock. Great news, but my order was unfortunately canceled automatically and the 25% off code was no longer good. I reached out to customer service again and after going back-and-forth a few times, they were able to provide a discount code that honored my initial 25% off, if I wanted to place my order again. As if they were doing me a favor by honoring my initial purchase price when it was their fault that I did not receive my order.

This far from made up for the lost time and trouble I experienced. It also caused significant delays with my equipment installation and having to reschedule appointments.

Overall rough experience for me. Hopefully this is not a common practice and others have better luck.
