I really like the look and feel of these speaker cables. I’ve changed out all my old home made speaker cables with these. Those were also Gearit brand and banana plugs I put together. I know it won’t make a difference in sound but they look nicer.

While I do like the very flexible braided cable, the odd (non traditional) banana plug is very stiff and difficult to insert. Wish I'd have paid closer attention to the pictures...

The banana plugs were broken when I received them. After multiple attempts to contact GearIT that went unanswered I gave up. I would not recommend GearIT as a company.
Ordered a couple sets of audio cables and it showed delivery would be 2 days, Priority Delivery. Given it was a Sunday really didn't expect them until Wednesday which would work perfectly since I'd ordered a pair of tower speakers the day before, each weighing 70 lbs. They weren't scheduled to arrive that Thursday. Both orders were coming from CA following much of the same routes.
Today is Thursday and still no cables. I'm fact they're now saying no delivery date available at this time. The monstrous tower speakers arrived two days ago.
Apparently it's easier to transport two huge boxes weighing 140 lbs than a single tiny box weighing 4 lbs.
Yeah, won't be ordering from this site ever again.
I was truly amazed and even shocked at the dramatic difference there was in sound quality after connecting this GearIT speaker cable. In the past, I'd only used 'speaker wire' purchased on a spool that I'd cut off a length, strip the thin coating around the wire, attach it and go. Recently, I purchased new, audiophile quality speakers and integrated amp. I then connect my 'speaker wires' and was excited about the sound from my new system. But then I decided to try something I had not done before; purchase quality speaker cables to see if they added anything to the overall sound quality. The answer is an unqualified, yes. Noise that I didn't even realize was there before was now gone. I heard cleaner lows and sweeter highs. I can truly say that I am absolutely thrilled with the performance of this GearIT 14 AWG cable.
I've made a few purchases from GearIT and have been perfectly satisfied with all aspects until now. I received my cables to find the banana plug broken. I immediately emailed as directed by responding to the order delivered email I had received. I then emailed [****] several times, plus one to [****]. Not a single method is a valid email address. Unfortunate as I found value in their product.
Prompt service very quick
The cables are OK but they have the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. Avoid the product unless you don't care about service at all.
