Big cord

I would need my refund before I would be able to give you a satisfactory rating. I have returned the power cord to you and have record that you have received it. I am now waiting for refund. I have never used the cord. It was returned unopened. Reason for return is that it was not needed. I’m fairly sure it would have worked fine if I had followed through with my plans.

I ordered this to charge my new car, on January 13th. It’s now afternoon on the 24th. I still haven’t received my extension cord. Is there anything that I can do to speed this up?

I am very happy with this GearIT 50-Amp 250-Volt Generator Extension Cord. I use this for my RV and for my level 2 40A charger for my BEV. which are over 50' away from the outlet and it works great. This was an alternative to having an electrician move the outlet, which would have been significantly more expensive.

So far i loved it. It is working pretty good. I definitely recommend it. Just need to make sure do not leave it as loose connection. It comes with stripes so we can use that to secure connection properly.

I had another brand 50amp extension power cord for many years. It disappeared during our 10mo ordeal trying to get repairs done at a major RV center (the unit sat in their lot and someone apparently helped themselves). I looked at several before selecting the GearIt 30ft cord. I actually bought two 30ft (one a gift for our son) and a 15ft. Compared to the other one we had, the GearIt is hands down better. I had to replace both ends of the other one we had since the make/female plugs were not bonded to the cable sheath. The GearIt ends are molded to the outer shield and way secure. The handles are also more convenient and easier to handle.

Most important was value. Often, cheaper is not 'better' when quality suffers. Something that breaks after a couple uses costs way more in the end. Our RV travel friends also bought an extension cord for their RV from another vendor. That cord cost them TWICE what I paid for both my GearIt cords. We compared at Talladega last month. They really wish they'd seen the GearIt cord before purchasing the one they bought. Not only is the iconic Green just better looking, the business ends (i.e. the plug ends) on the GearIt cord are clearly better made, better attached and easier to handle.

Shipping was quick with accurate tracking. And or other friends loved the one we gave as a gift.

I'm sold. GearIt cords (and lights; bought one of those, too) are now my go-to whenever anyone asks me what I recommend...which usually happens right after I roll out that green cord, which catches lots of eyes.

Everything was great

VERY heavy, I am a big and strong guy and can hardly lift it. It is EXTREMELY rigid and will not straighten out. The picture does not do it justice, it is nearly as thick as a garden hose. Next to impossible to handle.

Its been 15 days since i placed the order and it still hasn't arrived. Funny i get this request for a review from the people I've sent 3 email messages and called twice on the status of my order. You get a machine answering and not even an automatic reply acknowledgement of my email to them.
