GEARit CCA Amp Wiring Kit puts everything for a custom power and ground run in one box. Each kit starts with 25 ft of red and 25 ft of black copper clad aluminum wire, adds heavy-duty copper lugs and adhesive-lined 3:1 heat shrink, and the Complete Kit adds a hex-die lug crimper and a 9-inch leverage cable cutter so you can cut, strip, crimp and seal without buying tools separately. Available in 1/0, 4 and 8 gauge.

  • Wire + Lugs & Heat Shrink: 25 ft red + 25 ft black CCA wire, copper lugs sized to the gauge (10 lugs for 1/0 AWG in 5/16" and 3/8"; 15 lugs for 4 and 8 AWG in 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8"), and 20 pieces of 3:1 adhesive-lined heat shrink (10 red, 10 black).
  • Complete Kit with Crimper & Cutter: Everything above plus a carbon-steel lug crimper with rotating hex dies for 8, 6, 4, 2, 1 and 1/0 AWG and a 9-inch chrome vanadium leverage cutter rated for 4/0 aluminum and 2/0 soft copper.
  • Color-coded power and ground: Red and black translucent jackets keep positive and negative runs easy to identify for amplifiers, batteries, winches, inverters and RV projects.
  • Heavy-duty lugs: Annealed bare copper with corrosion-resistant surface treatment and closed-end pads; suitable for crimping or soldering.
