The wire I have been ordering has been great! The only issue is the ordering process. I tried calling and doing the chat with no success. I would like to be able to pull up a past order and order it again without answering all the questions. Also, on my last order, I got an extra 100' of wire that I didn't order. I thought it was a gift until I saw that I was charged for it. I would love for the ordering process to be easier.
