Solid or Stranded Copper
Copper conductors deliver reliable conductivity for lighting circuits, switches, fixtures and controls. Choose solid copper for firm terminations on fixed runs, or stranded copper for easier pulls through conduit with bends.
90°C Rated, PVC & Nylon Jacket
PVC insulation with a tough nylon outer jacket helps resist heat, moisture, oil, gasoline and abrasion, rated up to 90°C for demanding conduit and raceway installations.
Residential & Commercial Wiring
Built for electricians and DIYers alike: 14 AWG THHN for lighting circuits, switches, fixtures and controls in residential and commercial conduit runs. Verify local electrical code before installation.
Choose solid or stranded copper in black, red, white, green or yellow for easy circuit identification, in 50, 100, 150 and 200 ft spools. Also available in 10, 12 and 14 AWG.
600V-rated single-conductor THHN building wire for approved conduit and raceway systems, branch circuits, feeders and panels.
We bought 9 rolls of 100’ wire for our home build, spooled them, to run together in our conduit to our septic and one of the rolls is about 10’ short! So irritating! Now we have to remove them all & purchase a full roll from somewhere else and re-pull all of them..
Made in China, My only complaint is 50’ being wound on a spool that was meant for 500’ wastes a lot of storage space.
I order the 14 ga solid wire 100 ft spools. They just arrived. I immediately noticed 1 spool, the white was heavier than the black. The black spool is definitely short. I haven't taken the wrapping off so I don't know if the white is to much or the black is to short. Can anyone tell me how much these spools should weigh? I don't want to cause an issue if the black spool is the 100 ft. I feel like something was probably mislabeled.
Good wire tough insulation. I used it for a 6 meter antenna. Works fine.
200 ' = equaled 200 ' the length was what I orderd , no extra
Good, high quality copper wire. Works well!
What can I say it’s wire it conducts electricity came on time great value highly recommend I bought a used packet it was missing approximately 3 feet but I got it at a better price I only needed about 10 feet of it
This wire is only 75ft long, not the advertised 100ft
It worked out almost fine.. but upon twisting and stretching it broke easily.
I found it very difficult to strip the outer cover from this wire. I've been working with electrical wire for a very long time and this is the hardest wire to strip that I've ever used.
This wire is solid copper wire and the insulation is great on it. I needed to make a few electrical connections for my light switches inside the junction box and found some stranded wires inside which were starting to break down. Stranded wires are good for when you need it to be flexible but it’s not good for electrical connections. This is the wire you want to use for solid connections inside your junction boxes.
I have not used much of the wire yet but what I have used seems to be good quality. I would buy this product again.
Needed this wire to add a neutral that was not present. Worked perfectly as it was what would normally be found in 14-2 NM cable.
One 100’ roll (black) of four purchased was short about 15 feet of wire. Did not discover until I had pulled all four through conduit run so had to install junction box to finish job.
I had a job with accurate measurements, the spool lasted only 3/4 of the project, I had already used it, so couldn’t return it. It is really bad that only for more profit they do this
This was 100 feet of green 14 Gauge Solid THHN. No issues
Didn't like it
Product was fine, hard to strip but I guess that means tough insulation, so that's a good thing. I got white, black and green. The black one was only about 40 ft. Ended up with just enough - within inches. I guess the product was returned by someone who stole what they needed and returned the rest. Getting returned stuff is a generic problem with Amazon, so I didn't mark then down too much.
I'm satisfied.
GEARit 14 Gauge THHN Wire is a single-conductor copper building wire designed for various electrical installations, ideal for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts.
This product is ideal for electricians, contractors, and DIY enthusiasts looking for reliable and durable wiring for electrical installations.
Solid copper provides firm terminations for fixed runs, while stranded copper is more flexible and easier to pull through conduit.
While the wire is rated for durability, it is recommended to verify local electrical codes and use appropriate outdoor-rated insulation for outdoor installations.
The load capacity depends on the circuit and installation method; consult local electrical codes for specific ampacity ratings.
When choosing THHN wire, consider the application, required length, and whether you need solid or stranded wire for your installation needs.
